Makita introduces their outdoor adventure line of cordless LXT 18V products. They include 16 tools designed to tackle your next adventure into the great outdoors. Whether you are going camping, fishing, hiking, tailgaiting, and more, Makita has the cordless tools from their outdoor adventure lineup for your next outing.
Makita Outdoor Adventure goes green literally
The camo-green Makitas outdoor adventure products are now available, as you can see in the above photo. They are different from Makita Teal, which is why they have camo-green. Whats interesting about the new outdoor tools is that they are actually using many existing cordless tools. They are dressed in camo-green with slightly different model numbers. So no new tools here, just the same ole.
Outdoor Adventure Tool Range
This new range features cordless tools powered with Makitas 18V LXT batteries. There are four lights, one speaker, and one radio. There are two fans, one power source and an inflator. A vacuum, blower and chainsaw. The majority of tools in the LXT18V family are 18-volt tools. However some like the kettle and cooler can take two batteries. The Kettle is a 36V tool and requires two 18V batteries to operate. The cooler only requires one battery for operation, but a second battery can extend its life.
Work Lights and Flashlights
- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT Cordless/Corded Light (ADML811). The Outdoor Adventure Work Light has three modes and a maximum of 3,000 lumens at high. It is perfect for nighttime tailgate parties or group camping. It has long run time: up to 11 hours of continuous illumination on a single charge of an 18V LXT 5.0Ah battery.
- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT L.E.D. Lantern/Flashlight (ADML807). This versatile L.E.D. is efficient and versatile light has three different lighting modes and up to 23 hours of illumination on a single charge of an 18V LXT 5.0Ah battery. Use the handy top-hook to hang on a branch or rope and get bright area lighting for your tent or camp kitchen.
- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT L.E.D. Flashlight/Spotlight (ADML812). When things go bump in the night on the campsite, light up the perimeter with this powerful flashlight and spotlight. It illuminates up to 700 yards in spot and spot/flood mode, with up to 8.5 hours of continuous illumination in spot mode on a single charge of an 18V LXT 5.0Ah battery.
- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT L.E.D. Flashlight (ADML815). The power and efficiency of L.E.D. The ADML815 Flashlight is lightweight and portable. The 4 L.E.D. Flashlight has high-luminance and is portable. The high-luminance 4 L.E.D. provides 160 lumens and up to 45 hours continuous illumination with a single 18V LXT.5.0Ah battery.
Speaker and Radio
- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT Bluetooth Speaker (ADRM08). Portable and powerful (only 33kg). The Bluetooth Speaker comes with a battery and delivers powerful sound from a woofer/tweeter combo. Use the auxiliary port for MP3 compatibility or connect wirelessly via Bluetooth. It is dust and water resistant, which makes it ideal for outdoor use.
- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT Bluetooth Radio (ADRM06). The versatile Bluetooth Radio delivers rich stereo sound from two powerful 9 cm side-firing speakers. The menus easy controls set FM mono/stereo, clock settings, volume, and snooze. For users out of range of terrestrial radio or who prefer their own playlist, they can use the auxiliary port for MP3 compatibility or connect wirelessly via Bluetooth.

- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT 23 cm Fan (ADCF201Z). This powerful fan combines efficient air movement with reduced wind noise for cooling air that doesnt overpower the tranquil quiet of a campsite. The 3-stage automatic timer lets users set it and forget it.
- Outdoor Adventure 18V LXT 9-1/10 cm Oscillating Fan (ADCF203Z). Cool the inside of an RV or pop-up trailer with the efficient oscillation setting of this portable cordless fan. This fan also has a reduced wind noise, so you can concentrate on the cool air and not the fan hum.
